Are you a movie M7 fan or TV show M7 fan? Or one of those that likes both? I love my TV boys. You said undercover agent when talking about Ezra and it made me think of the ATF AU. :-)
And if we're talking TV version, that leaves Uhura to be Mary Travis and I wouldn't inflict that role on Uhura because she kicks too much ass. ;-)
