001. Birthday - It may have been lopsided and a little burnt on the bottom but Taylor thought it was the best birthday cake she'd ever had; after all, Finn had made it for her.
002. Christmas - Seeing Hugh & Shane curled up together on the sofa, sharing a cup of hot chocolate and watching It's a Wonderful Life on the telly, made Taylor realize she'd gotten exactly what she wanted for Christmas.
003. New Year - It was five minutes til midnight when Taylor threw tradition to the wind and kissed him; she figured life was too short, why wait?
004. Mouth - When the anomaly opened less than a second after Hugh had wondered, out loud, what else could go wrong, Taylor urged him to learn to keep his big mouth shut.
005. Thanksgiving - Their fight that morning had been beyond petty but that didn't stop the hurtful words from flying; holding Finn's hand as he lay in his hospital bed, Taylor was thankful she would get a chance to apologize.
011. Cold - Ditzy swore and shook his head; suddenly, Taylor was colder than she had ever been.
018. Dream - She was with her Mum; she could smell her, hear her, feel her and she was happy again; when she awoke, alone in her bed, Taylor cried.
020. First Love - He'd asked her if she'd ever been in love before and she had said no; it was a lie but how do you admit that you'd once been, and still were, in love with your best friend to the man you were going to marry?
025. Guilt - Taylor looked at the body as it fell at her feet, blood trailing from the gunshot wound she'd put in its head and she wondered; when had killing become so easy?
036. Meeting the family - Predators from the past and future, homicidal clones, an irate James Lester; Taylor Crane had faced down many scary things in her lifetime and, yet, it was the thought of meeting her boyfriend's mother and three older sisters for the first time that made her tremble in fear.

on 2009-03-13 01:00 pm (UTC)I actually had to research thanksgiving for my Mag7 ones. It wasn't an annual holiday with a set time until a proclamation by Lincoln. Until then it happened if and when a President decided to give a Thanksgiving Proclamation. Fortunately it was annual by the time of the Mag7 boys.
