Finn caught the six year-old just in time to save himself a knee injury.

“Hey Robbie,” Finn replied, scooping his son up into a tight hug and planting a wet kiss on his cheek. “Where's your Mum?”

“Ugh, Dad!” The little boy scrubbed a hand across his cheek as Finn set him back on his feet. “Kitchen. She's makin' tea. Come watch Blue Peter with me.”

“In a minute, honey.”

“Okay.”

Robbie started toward the living-room only to stop in the doorway and run back to Finn.

“Son?”

“I missed you, Dad.”

“I missed you too, kid.”
